柯建銘：馬英九操控司法 對黨內外鬥爭

對於法務部長曾勇夫涉為立委柯建銘關說疑案， 柯建銘今日晚間發布聲明表示，這是馬總統操控司法，對黨內、外進行政治鬥爭與清算的「一石三鳥」之計，特偵組則見獵心喜、違法亂紀，進行內部鬥爭並公然破壞憲政體制。

特偵組認為，法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌接受立法院長王金平、民進黨立委柯建銘為柯自身所涉的全民電通案關說，在三審更一審發回判決無罪後，指示下屬不予上訴，因而將曾、陳分別移送監院調查、個案評鑑。
