劉政鴻胞弟疑占國土 士檢要查

（中央社記者劉世怡台北6日電）士檢今天表示，媒體報導苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池，在陽明山涉竊占國土一事，已剪報分案，交由國土保育專組檢察官偵辦。

媒體報導，劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅七七行館，坐擁約1800坪的觀景草皮，日前官員前往會勘，確認不但占用國有地，還砍除原處上百棵老樹，並私設噴水孔、透水磚等設施，形同將國有地當做自家「後花園」，卻僅開罰新台幣6000元。

士林地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蘇佩鈺表示，全案在上週已剪報分案，交由國土保育專組檢察官偵辦並指揮陽明山警察隊調查，另向國有財產署北區分署聯繫，釐清相關案情，全案朝竊占國有地等罪嫌偵辦。1020906
