通保法修法 警憂心影響偵查

立法院今天協商通保法達成共識，其中一項為單一監聽票聲請，以單一對象為限。刑事局官員擔心，恐影響案件偵查。

朝野立法院黨團今天協商通訊保障及監察法部分條文修正草案達共識，監聽票須經檢察署立案號才得向法院聲請，單一監聽票聲請，以單一對象為限。

對此結果，刑事局官員表示遺憾，偵辦過重大刑案的多名刑事局資深警官也表達反對意見。

刑警擔心通保法修法後，不僅造成人力負擔，也無客觀第三方保有資料，影響最深的就是偵辦案件時效性和證據取得。

承辦類似案件刑警舉例，偵辦販毒案時，監聽得知集團中有大批槍械；修法後，監聽內容無法當證據，必須另案聲請，延遲破案時效。
