身體不適不出國　賠三成團費

新北市黃姓民眾一家三口，去年6月報名參加「星動東北」團，共繳了1萬5000元訂金後，因旅行社出發前7天以人數不足，通知取消出團，雙方同意改至同年9月另一旅遊團「星動長白山」的定金，不過，黃妻出發前14天被醫院診斷出身體狀況不佳，不適合出國旅行而緊急通知解約，沒想到卻收到必須賠償3成團費的回覆，定金也被沒收，令黃男一家難以接受，不滿為何只許旅行社退團，民眾提前解約卻得吃虧。

消保官表示，依《消保法》第11條規定的平等互惠原則，雙方簽約明顯不對等，將洽請主管機關修訂相關定型化契約範本內容。（曾佳俊／新北報導）
