薄熙來擬二審　結果可能維持原判

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】薄熙來不服一審判決，提出上訴，10月8日上訴期滿，山東省高級人民法院經審查，依法決定予以受理，不過是否開庭審理則取決於上訴內容。

如果上訴是針對量刑，二審法院不會開庭，如果薄熙來是對事實和證據提出異議，可能影響判決結果的，二審法院就要開庭，如果不影響判決結果，那麼可以開也可以不開。根據中國刑訴法相關規定，二審法院審理被告人上訴案件，不得加重被告人的刑罰。

如果確定可以開庭，專家分析薄熙來案一審時進行微博直播，反應普遍良好，因此二審也可能會繼續採取微博直播的方式，將薄案做為司法公開的典型案件，至於對於二審結果，專家預測，因為薄案證據確鑿，二審很有可能維持原判。
