扁想去北榮動手術 法部：術後仍要回去

人在獄中的前總統陳水扁罹患睡眠呼吸中止症，希望能回到台北榮總接受手術治療。對此，法務部次長陳明堂今天在立院司委會答詢時表示，陳水扁要在台北榮總或台中榮總治療，都尊重醫生決定，如果在北榮開刀，術後也會回台中，不會被移往北監。(程平報導)

陳明堂在答覆民進黨立委尤美女質詢時表示，針對陳水扁治療睡眠呼吸中止症一事，法務部方面已經徵詢過醫師的意見，對於陳水扁要留在台中榮總還是回台北榮總動手術，一切都尊重陳水扁的決定，但陳水扁已經向北榮的主治醫師陳記得表示，自己想留在中榮動手術。

陳明堂並在答覆民進黨立委陳唐山質詢時表示，陳水扁就算回到北榮治療，手術結束後也不會被送到北監。

不過陳明堂說，如果陳水扁到北榮開刀戒護方面的問題，還是由台北方面負責。
