標題[請益] IC設計公司 工作經驗三年半

請問各位大大, 小妹在 IC 設計公司工作了三年多, 本身是負責通訊系統模擬的部分, 但是就看這三年多的經驗, 好像沒有長進, 好像還是一個廢物, 沒什麼可以說嘴的績效, 全然打雜, 各位建議我該轉行嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.36.76
