餐廳名稱：月盧 消費時間：2013年/12月 地址:花蓮縣鳳林鎮鳳鳴一路71號 電話：03-876-2206 圖文版:http://inayearn624.pixnet.net/blog/post/348485279 這是這趟花蓮旅遊吃到最喜歡的料理了! 兩個老人像大學時一樣很衝的從花蓮火車站騎車到月盧~ 幸好天氣很美麗,不冷不熱舒舒服服的,不然真的騎了滿久的. 由於是抵達花蓮的第一餐, 不希望整個胃都被月盧占滿, 所以決定只點一隻梅子雞~ (好後悔阿,看其他桌甚麼都好美味的樣子) 由於有先打電話預定, 所以沒有等很久我們的雞就送上來囉! 看那屁股還插著辣椒呢,一看就覺得美味~ 其實覺得沒有半雞有點可惜,因為兩個人吃有點大隻, 但半雞的話應該就無法將雞烤的非常入味吧~ 烤雞的沾醬,也是烤雞的雞精喔. 淋在雞上更加入味好吃~ 雞裡面塞了好多蒜頭/辣椒/梅子和九層塔~ 那梅子是鹽漬的,我還拿起來吃吃看,真的超鹹的哈哈, 所以吃起來才會有那麼特別的味道,吸飽了各式材料的精華! 這隻雞迅速被我們兩個解決掉~意猶未盡呢~ 總結: 這次特別可惜的是, 月盧超適合一群朋友或跟家人一起享用. 但這次我們只有兩個人無法點好多想吃的~ 下次一定要帶家人來把各種食物都吃過一遍! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.87.209
