張德正搭計程車赴檢 警稱無不妥

有網友臉書畫面指稱警方移送駕車撞總統府的嫌犯張德正時，並未搭乘復康巴士而是坐計程車，未照顧到張德正人權。台北市中正一警分局對此表示，要移送張嫌時警方考量患者狀況，同步聯繫復康巴士前往台大醫院，但張嫌雖設籍北市，但不是身心障礙人士沒有身心障礙卡，無法申請搭乘。

警方和台大醫院商量後，醫院表示民間仍有相同設備的營業小客車可替代，警方立即聯繫無障礙計程車到院協助；台大醫院也開出自行照料單，張嫌大哥對醫院及警方處置並無異議，並全程陪同搭乘無障礙計程車前往台北地檢署，車資280元由中正一警分局支付。

警方表示台大醫院針對張嫌開立出院通知單及自行照料單，離院過程都有醫院人員及家屬隨同警方將張嫌安置於無障礙計程車內，處理過程審慎周延並無不妥。
