北富銀想變更地目　市值61億僅回饋1%

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台北富邦銀行日前向北市府提出北富銀中山大樓土地變更案，遭北市府都發局打回票。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，北富銀中山大樓位處北市中山北路黃金地段，是早年台北銀行總行，屬於機關用地，光土地市值就達61億元；但富邦要變更為商業用地，只提出回饋6千萬元，僅約市值的1％，遭北市府都發局打回票，最後決定撤案。台北市議員王世堅痛批，前台北市長馬英九任內，富邦予取予求併購台北銀行，已獲取數千倍暴利，如今是食髓知味、一吃再吃。
