台中地價年增9%　房價難跳水

【王鈞生／台中報導】根據內政部實價登錄網顯示，台中市2013年的土地成交量年減22.9%，價格增加8.9%，顯示目前不動產供需失衡情況嚴重，住商不動產中區協理賴萬表示，今年公告現值平均調漲達22.4%，連帶增加的土增稅成本，未來土地價格勢必仍會繼續上漲。他也指出，近期北部建商天價獵地，讓不少地主更為惜售。

據統計，2012~2013年台中市土地交易量呈現一面倒的大幅量縮，其中以西區減幅達51.4%、西屯達35.2%最大，也讓不少建商大喊找地困難，寶旺建設總經理劉德宗即表示，近年土地愈來愈找，加上地主心態高，價格1日數變，加上原物料成本漲，房價怎麼可能會降。
