奢侈稅明審查　納入非工業用地

立法院財委會明天擬審查奢侈稅修正案，針對多位立委提出的修法意見，如將持有時間延長為3年、僅對特定地區課稅、刪除保育類與家具課稅等，均被財部打回票，財部堅持微調原則，修法重點納入非工業用地，換屋免稅增加須有自住事實，並授權個案評估免稅條件。

財政部長張盛和在報告中指出，奢侈稅自2011年6月1日施行以來，短期投機買賣房地及哄抬房價情形已有改善，自住購物需求持續穩定增加，房地產市場朝常態方向發展，奢侈稅已抑制短期投機炒作及穩定房價效果。（林巧雁／台北報導）
