南韓大公司耍惡招　齊選周五開股東會

韓聯社引述韓國證券集中保管公司（Korea Securities Depository，KSD）資料報導，本周南韓將有133家上市公司將召開年度股東會，但卻有高達116家「不約而同」都選在周五舉行，顯然有意阻撓小股東行使投票權，對公司的營運管理提出批評。

KSD表示，包括三星電子（SAMSUNG）、現代汽車（HYUNDAI）、樂金電子（LG）等南韓知名大企業都選在本周的最後一個工作天舉辦股東會。

業界人士直言，股東會集中在同一天舉行，對擁有多家公司股票的小股東來說，根本不可能每一場都參加，自然也無法表達對公司營運的看法。

儘管有公司辯稱，他們都已開放線上報告與投票系統，以便股東反映意見，因此同一天舉辦股東會並無不妥，但批評人士指出，相關系統根本不適用，也阻撓股東想要提出具體意見的努力。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
