八年八百億 江揆：檢討預算、延續執行

總統兼國民黨主席馬英九、行政院長江宜樺12日晚間在嘉義市兆品酒店參加黨籍縣市長會報，會議不對外開放，副主席兼東道主嘉義市長黃敏惠會後轉述，總統強調只有中央與地方合作，才能發展經濟、民生建設，參與的10多位縣市長及副縣市長，都肯定8年800億元治水預算成效，希望延續，江院長說會檢討預算，延續執行。

黃敏惠說，總統在會中未提及倒閣案、立法院長涉及關說案及國慶致詞的兩岸關係並非國際關係等議題；黃敏惠指出，總統、院長與縣市長是例行會報，總統開會神情愉快。

會議3小時，總統晚間8點半由江宜樺、黃敏惠陪同步出會場，受到市府主管及群眾歡迎，剛好台南大學單車隊到飯店投宿，也為總統加油，總統在車隊布條簽名，群眾的熱情加油，讓馬總統笑開了。
