海外投資夯　白冰冰分享大馬投資購屋術

【王鈞生／台中報導】看好中部置產客需求，台灣房屋成立「國際資產中心中區營運處」，地點鎖定馬來西亞。台灣房屋國際資產中心趨勢研究處分析師張漢超表示，大馬房地產僅台中7期房價的一半，房價基期低，與目前中南部不動產市場相較，更適合投資。

台灣房屋今日還邀請白冰冰、阮慕驊、謝金河等名人分享投資經驗，白冰冰指出，年中曾到吉隆坡參訪，即決定購買１戶渡假用、另１戶投資收租，總價約6500萬元，尤其在大馬購屋不需負擔公設、且每一住宅單位均附贈車位，相較台灣更有誘因，回來後馬上號召親朋好友投資。
