排約38次都失敗 雙碩士男怒告婚友社

新竹一名年近40歲的林姓男子，擁有雙碩士的高學歷，但卻一直沒有女朋友，非常渴望結婚的他，在3年前報名婚友社，並繳交數萬元的入會費，卻一直沒有成果，他認為是婚友社不夠積極，所以提出民事訴訟，要求婚友社要退回3年內所有費用。承審法官認為，婚友社已盡力安排，未違反義務，判敗訴。

根據《聯合報》報導，林男向婚友社開出異性理想條件，要對方的學歷是在大學或碩士，年紀最好小他10歲以上，且林男認為婚友社在他入會後的前7個月很積極，但之後都要等到他親自催促才會安排。

但婚友社自民國99年至101年3月間，已為林男安排過38次約會，承審法官認為，婚友社已盡力安排，未違反義務，判敗訴。
