圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/40183213 時間：2014/1 南京人愛吃鴨，南京的特產是板鴨，據說明朝南京的板鴨傳到了北京，變成 了現在聞名世界的北京烤鴨。左營除了軍營之外，還有不少的眷村，眷村出 了不少家鄉美食，這次來到左營也是以吃眷村菜為主。第一家來到蘇家鹽水 鴨，外帶一盒找地方吃。 現在的蘇家鹽水鴨是新店面，對高雄其實蠻陌生的，這一帶以前好像都是眷 村，現在拆掉蓋大樓了。 蘇家很單純，只是賣鹽水鴨而已，生意有點冷清，一盒盒放在桌上。 鹽水鴨＄200 買了一盒，大概是半隻鴨的份量，把盒子裝的滿滿的。 附上一包鹽水鴨湯汁，湯汁上浮著一層油，老闆說鹽水鴨本身已有鹹度，如 果覺得的不夠鹹，再淋上這包鴨湯。這包鴨湯也可以加水煮成高湯。蘇家的 鹽水鴨口味其實頗重，本身已經夠鹹，其實可以不用加鴨湯。鴨肉肉質細膩 滑嫩，不管是下半隻的腿肉或上半的胸肉，口感都好，一點也無鴨肉常有的 乾硬澀。不過單吃肉是鹹了點，配點飯比較適合。剩下的鹽水鴨湯拿回家加 水煮開成高湯，放入粉絲、鴨血就成了南京人最愛吃的鴨血粉絲湯了。 南京蘇家鹹水鴨 地址：高雄市左營區先勝路151號 電話：07-5821007 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog 歡迎加入柔藍食單粉絲團 https://www.facebook.com/softbluerecipe -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.231.184 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 01/30 19:28
