郭瑤琪收賄案 監委允代向總長提非常上訴

交通部前部長郭瑤琪被控在台北車站招標案中，收受廠商南仁湖集團美金2萬元，最高法院認為，郭瑤琪收受美金具有對價關係並非人情贈禮，因此改依職務收賄罪，重判郭瑤琪8年、褫奪公權4年，全案定讞。

對此，郭瑤琪在去年12月31日在律師陪同下，向監察委員李復甸針對最高法院及台灣高等法院所作的有罪違法判決提出陳情。李復甸在了解案情後，指出案件中有多項不符法律基本精神的判決，更對法官自創「不確定犯意」的說法表示不以為然，且認為這已經是違法判決。因此，李復甸允諾在近日代為向最高法院檢察署檢察總長提出非常上訴的聲請。
