標題[討論] 申請失業給付 兼職PT所得是否牴觸?

請問一下 若曾經非志願離職 目前要申請失業給付 請領 但應遇到過年 工作比較難找 最近想找些PT兼職工作 可能是單日現領 或是之後領 有些pt工作 公司會幫你 投勞健保 有些好像不會 今天有聽說若加保超過14天 失業給付和找到工作後的提早津貼 就會被取消? 請問是否有這樣? 若要pt先找個臨時工作 是不是 要請雇主不要加保? 另外也有沒有跟我加保的 有給我寫勞務報酬單 這是否也會影響 失業給付的請領資格? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.84.176.128
