靈修女信徒交保 士檢提抗告

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2日電）某靈修團體女信徒被控強迫女兒供創辦人性侵，女信徒及創辦人遭判刑。士檢今天說，不服士院裁定女信徒交保，已提起抗告。

新北市汐止區一名40多歲的婦人參加一個靈修團體後深信不疑，不僅自己與創辦人發生性關係，假稱「能量導引」，還疑在民國100年間將年僅11歲的女兒帶到汽車旅館，讓創辦人染指性侵得逞，後來還強迫女兒與創辦人陸續發生17次性關係。

士林地檢署認定創辦人、婦人犯行明確，去年9月間，依加重強制性交等罪起訴。士林地院去年12月30日裁定創辦人收押，女信徒以新台幣30萬元交保。士林地院去年12月31日依加重強制性交等罪，判處創辦人14年徒刑，婦人11年徒刑，全案可上訴。

士林地檢署表示，不服法院裁定讓婦人交保，認為婦人有串供及騷擾被害人之虞，已提起抗告。1030102
