「祖師爺級」扒手　趁元旦假期行竊！當場被逮

元旦假期菜市場擠滿人，但有2名「祖師爺級」的扒手竟趁這時犯案，在被害人買東西時，以「你推我擋」的老招術竊取被害人的錢包，但早已遭警方鎖定，當場人贓俱獲，訊後被依竊盜罪嫌移送士林地檢署偵辦。

這2名「祖師爺級」的扒手，都年約70多歲，是偷竊的慣犯，在1日台北市政府舉辦的2014元旦健走活動上，尾隨一名被害人搭捷運到淡水永樂市場，因元旦假期菜市場人潮擁擠，2人以「你推我擋」的老招術趁被害人在挑選蔬果時，下手拿走被害人口袋內的咖啡色錢包。

但隨即被刑事警察大隊組成的肅竊小組逮捕，並起出被害人錢包，內有現金約3000元，訊後被依竊盜罪嫌移送士林地檢署偵辦。

警方為減低竊盜案，因此規劃執行「肅扒」勤務，並針對列管「鷹眼對象」，辨識累犯扒手實施緊迫釘人勤務，只要列管對象出現，專案人員便會尾隨跟監。
