拒建納骨塔竹山鎮民到縣府激動陳情

南投縣政府核准一家業者在竹山鎮第一公墓興建納骨塔，地方民眾不斷抗爭，今天有三百多名竹山民眾，到縣府要求撤銷納骨塔建案，民眾擔心，納骨塔一興建，火葬場將隨之而來，南投縣政府秘書長及民政處長跟民眾說明，但是民眾不領情，場面火爆，還有民代往自己身上淋上紅墨水，表示要誓死抗爭。

三百多名竹山民眾在民代率領下，搭乘6部遊覽車到南投縣政府陳情，民眾拉起白布條、高舉標語，要求縣政府依內政部的解釋，撤銷納骨塔建案，民眾高呼：「要公園、不要納骨塔！」

縣府讓民眾到會議室好好講，不過，民眾相當激動，場外到場內，大聲要求撤銷建案，民政局長吳燕玲說明法條，依法必須給業者15天陳述意見的時間，不過，民眾聽不進去，民代更直接拿走麥克風，質疑為何不按照內政部解釋，還要給業者時間？

一名代表突然取出紅色墨水，往自己的額頭上淋下，表示會誓死抗爭！

民眾陳情一個多小時才離去，縣府將依內政部解釋、業者意見和地方民眾的訴求進行評估，再決定是否撤銷納骨塔建案。
