台北牛肉麵節2組廚神冠軍出爐

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】 一年一度的台北牛肉麵節嘉年華，今日在花博圓山廣場熱鬧開展，重頭戲「牛肉麵廚神爭霸賽」，今上午登場的清燉組，由阿牛牛肉麵的林秀源奪下冠軍，北市商業處說，勝出秘訣是在地食材熬煮的蔬果湯頭，完全無人工添加物，味甘而不膩，下午創意組來自雲林西螺延平老街螺情滷味的鐘坤賜勝出，該作品用竹筒及五穀做為加熱媒介，融合牛肉和竹香，評審一致表示是創意中的創意，是創意牛肉麵的經典作品。

商業處表示，明日進行「紅燒組」決賽，將有10組隊伍競爭，究竟是北區選手留下冠軍寶座，還是南部挑戰者搶摘桂冠，另21家牛肉麵攤位明日仍推出一碗50元的牛肉麵，讓民眾品嘗不同風味的牛肉麵。
