支持者成立「至憲黨」　推薄熙來為終身主席

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】前重慶巿委書記薄熙來因為貪污、受賄及濫用職權罪倒台，被判無期徒刑，雖然被關入獄，但監獄外仍有不少他的支持者，在中共18屆三中全會開幕前3天，也就是6日支持者在北京宣布成立「至憲黨」，並推舉薄熙來為終身主席。

中國憲法並未明文規定允許或禁止成立政黨，創黨人之一的北京經濟管理職業學院的國際貿易副教授王錚表示根據中國法律，立黨並不違法，不但合法而且合理。「至憲黨」全面支持薄熙來領導的共富主張，故推舉他為終身主席。

王錚表示他們已寄信告知在獄中的薄熙來，他被推舉為「至憲黨」的終身主席，不過目前尚不確定薄熙來是否同意接受。
